Our Mission: We believe that healing is not a service, it is a sacred right. We believe that harm reduction is not about managing risk, it is about protecting dignity. We believe that policy, support, and care must reflect the lives of the people they claim to serve. We believe that no one should have to “earn” their humanity, their belonging, or their culture. We believe in walking with, not ahead of. We believe in restoring power to the people who’ve had it taken from them. We believe in doing less harm, and in re-shaping systems that weren’t built for us. We believe in laughter as medicine, rest as resistance, and spirit as strategy. Cocahq N’pisun exists because we’re tired of being told that healing must be hard, professional, or colonial to be real.

Our Vision: We are reclaiming what was always ours: our ways, our knowledge, our right to be well. We are not here to fix people. We are here to walk with them, past harm and toward freedom.

Decolonial practice is not a replacement for Land back, but a commitment to strengthening our collective readiness for it.
